a class act

of all the instruments, the ability of the voice is the first to deteriorate from aging...sad to say the voice like noneother screeched out his zeppish upper range 35+ years ago


Jagger/Richards wrote the songs

speaking of class acts, Mick Taylor said there was only 1 or 2 songs he didn't receive co-writing credit(s) for...my guess would be "Time Waits For No One" (or is that too obvious?)

"screeching" is right!

btw, I think a lot of Brian Jones contributions to the Stones - such as arrangements - went uncredited as the Jagger/Richards axis began to nudge Jones out of the leader spot...

not that I blame them, but...
